How Can I help....

Acolyte: 

  As an acolyte you would light and extinguish candles during the

  worship service and assist with communion. 

Greeter:

  As a greeter you would meet and greet people on behalf of Saron as

  they arrive for worship. 

Reader: 

  As a reader you would read scripture during the worship service. 

Usher: 

  As an usher you would assist in the general flow of the service -

  passing out bulletins, welcoming and seating people. 

Choir: 

  The Senior Choir meets every Sunday morning at 8:00am and sings

  at designated services. 

Special Music: 

  Saron is always looking for gifted people to offer their musical

  talents (soloists, musicians, etc.) during the worship services.

Altar Guild: 

  As part of Altar Guild you would be responsible for cleaning

  and changing altar/pulpit paraments and preparing for communion. 

Teaching/Assisting with youth classes: 

  If you would like to help in this way, we require no previous

  teaching experience, only a desire to help.  We provide regular

  teacher meetings and individual help throughout the year. 

Office Support/Assistance: 

  You would assist with mailings and bulletin/newsletter assembly.
